Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian lays foundation stone for development projects worth Rs 60.33 Lakh
Continuing the efforts towards strengthening healthcare and road connectivity in rural areas, Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian on Thursday laid the foundation stone for a Health and Wellness Centre costing Rs 34 lakh and the carpeting of link road from Gill Petrol Pump Kohara to Kohara-Machhiwara Road at Rs 26.33 lakh.
Ludhiana, November 13, 2025: Continuing the efforts towards strengthening healthcare and road connectivity in rural areas, Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian on Thursday laid the foundation stone for a Health and Wellness Centre costing Rs 34 lakh and the carpeting of link road from Gill Petrol Pump Kohara to Kohara-Machhiwara Road at Rs 26.33 lakh.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Mundian stated that the state government is committed to ensuring quality healthcare and robust infrastructure reach every corner of Punjab. The Health and Wellness Centre will provide free, accessible, and comprehensive primary healthcare services to local residents, while the road will improve connectivity, ease transportation, and boost local trade and agriculture.”
The Minister also urged people to actively participate in the monitoring process to ensure transparency and timely execution. "This is a people-centric government, and these projects are for the people," he added.
Mundian stated that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is also dedicated to prioritizing infrastructure development, with a focus on sustainable and inclusive growth.
