Students of Amity School presenting their startup Idea.
To promote and nurture the entrepreneurial skills amongst the students of Amity Schools, Amity Educational Resource Centre organized the “2nd Amity Start Up- Entrepreneurship Workshop” at Amity Global School Noida.
The 5 day workshop witnessed the participation of more than 60 students from class 8th to class 11th from Amity Schools of Delhi NCR and Lucknow.
During the last of the workshop, twelve teams from Amity Schools competed in the Inter-Amity ‘Build Your Own Start Up Competition’ wherein the teams were mentored by entrepreneurs, Ms Pauline Roussel and Mr Dimitar Inchev, who shared their experiences and also presented a global perspective towards the entrepreneurial growth.
Team ‘Wolt’ from Amity School Vasundhara Sector 6 bagged the first prize, Team “Masterkey” from Amity School Noida stood at the second position and Team “U and Me” from Amity School Pushp Vihar secured third position.
Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools emphasized on the importance of passion and resilience while pursuing one’s start up. She narrated the entrepreneurial journey of Dr. Ashok K Chauhan, Founder President, Amity Education group.
