BSF FEROZEPUR IMITATES SENSITIZATION DRIVE IN BORDER VILLAGES

Ferozepur: As the Covid-19 is spreading its deadly tentacles all across the world alarmingly, the BSF jawans, the border sentinel have started a drive to sanitize all border villages (phase wise and village wise manner). Giving details, Sandeep Channan, DIG BSF Sector Headquarter said that around 79 border villages will be covered in this drive and will be sanitized. He said that a private company from Kota Rajasthan has provided 2500 liters Sodium Hypochlorate solution for this work. He said besides this, the district administration has also been associated for providing manpower for distinction process.
Ashok Kumar DCG BSF while divulging more details said that further till date, 48 Covid-19 Awareness programme have been conducted while 21 sanitization drives have completed. He said that the BSF has always worked for various social causes and will continue to do so in this time of crises.
