BookFast deliberates with partners to ensure better service to riders

Chandigarh, December 23, 2021: BookFast cab service, a unique initiative of city’s young entrepreneurs, today held a brainstorming meeting with its critical partners – drivers – to thrash out teething issues to ensure seamless and hassle-free service to riders. “Drivers are the most important stakeholders for us along with riders. Their ease is of paramount importance for us,” said Anand Pal. Founder, BookFast.

The meeting, which took place at Jullundur Hotel and Restaurant in Sector 22 here, was attended by over 50 drivers, who shared their experience and tips to serve the users of BookFast in a better manner. “The idea is to evolve an ecosystem where we understand each other’s problems and concerns as well so that we give our best to all stakeholders,” said Pal.

Pal said that there were many takeaways from today’s meeting with drivers which will be brought into force for the benefit of drivers and the users of BookFast. “We believe in working and growing as a team and in an inclusive manner. We will soon have an experience sharing session with our users as well. We are very excited over the response and feedback we are getting from our stakeholders,” added Pal.

It is worth mentioning that the unique radio cab app BookFast was unveiled only recently by three dynamic entrepreneurs of tricity. The app is all set to make rides for commuters in Chandigarh capital region to start with not only smooth and hassle-free but also pocket friendly. The app was inaugurated by N K Sharma, MLA of Dera Bassi.
