The bodies of the three victims who had died in rail mishap near Chappra in Bihar being brought to Ferozepur through an Air Force chopper.

Ferozepur, June 26, 2014: The bodies of three victims including a couple who had died during the rail mishap yesterday were air lifted by a defence chopper and brought to this border town for performing last rights.
It is pertinent to mention here that yesterday, the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Express was derailed near Chappra Station in Bihar and four persons were killed in the accident. Out of these four, three, including a woman, belonged to this border town. The two families were going for a vacation to Darjeeling. Pawan Kumar Dhawan and his wife Neelam Dhawan were killed in the accident and their children Nishant and Mouli were injured. The second family lost Bharti Beri while her husband Sanjiv Beri and two children survived the accident and sustained minor injuries.
Kamal Sharma, President, Punjab BJP had requested the Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Arun Jaitly, Union Defense Minister to provide a chopper to bring the bodies to Ferozepur. While expressing the grief over the incident, Sharma said that he will take up the matter with the Railway Minister to provide a suitable job to one of the children who got orphaned in the incident.
