Blood donation camp held in premises of Dayanand Medical College

Ludhiana, February 21, 2017: A blood donation camp was held today in premises of Dayanand Medical College, where faculty and students of the institute participated enthusiastically in donating blood. The camp was jointly organized by Dayanand Medical College & Hospital in association with volunteers of Medical Students Association of India.
According to Student Organizers, around 150 units of blood were collected during the camp. Secretary of DMCH Managing Society- Sh Prem Kumar Gupta along with Principal Dr Sandeep Puri and Assistant Dean Academics- Dr Sandeep Kaushal presided over the camp. Sh Prem Kumar Gupta lauded the sincere efforts of all donors who came forward for donating blood for such a noble cause. The camp was held under the supervision of Dr Amarjit Kaur (Professor & Head of Transfusion Medicine, DMCH).
