BJP’s Strategic Appointments Reflect Visionary Leadership and People’s Trust: Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan

Chandigarh, September 26, 2025: National BJP leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan said that he wholeheartedly appreciates the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda for appointing senior leaders as poll in-charges for Bihar, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.

In a statement here today, he said that this historic and farsighted step reflects the Bharatiya Janata Party’s deep commitment to serve the people, expand its outreach and ensure strong governance across India. Grewal stated that these appointments are not just organisational decisions, but a testimony of the party’s resolve to strengthen democracy and empower every citizen through effective leadership.

Grewal told that in Bihar, under the NDA and the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will lead with support from Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil and Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.

He further said that in West Bengal, Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, with his proven track record in electoral campaigns, will take charge, supported by former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb as co-in-charge.

Grewal also shared that in Tamil Nadu, BJP National Vice-President Baijayant Panda will guide the mission with the support of Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol as co-in-charge.

“These appointments,” Grewal said, “show the BJP’s strategic vision to retain power in Bihar, make significant gains in West Bengal and establish a strong and influential presence in Tamil Nadu.
