Ludhiana, October 22, 2025: A meeting was held at the BJP office under the chairmanship of District President Rajnish Dhiman to discuss preparations for the upcoming Tarn Taran by-election. During the meeting, a detailed strategy for the election campaign was chalked out, and specific duties were assigned to BJP workers from Ludhiana.
Addressing the gathering, Dhiman said that the people of Punjab are suffering due to the failures of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. He added that the recent floods in Punjab have exposed the inefficiency of the state government, which even failed to provide adequate relief to the flood-affected people.
Dhiman appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative of releasing special funds for flood victims and ensuring all possible support for farmers. “Because of such decisive leadership, the people of Punjab are now viewing BJP as a strong alternative,” he said.
Emphasizing the importance of the upcoming Tarn Taran by-election, Dhiman remarked that it would prove to be a milestone on the road to the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections, as people now desire a BJP government in the state.
Prominent leaders present at the meeting included District General Secretaries Narendra Singh Malli and Yashpal Janotra; District Vice Presidents Manish Chopra and Saurav Kapoor; Kisan Morcha President Sukhdev Singh Gill; Mandal/Circle Presidents Gaurav Arora and Vaibhav Garg, among others.
