BJP Punjab Chief in action; Visits flood affected areas in Kharar and takes on spot assessment  

BJP Punjab president Sunil Jakhar today visited the flood affected areas and took on the spot assessment of the losses occurred to the people residing in the flood affected areas. 

Chandigarh, July 10, 2023: BJP Punjab president Sunil Jakhar today visited the flood affected areas and took on the spot assessment of the losses occurred to the people residing in the flood affected areas. 

Jakhar has demanded for adequate financial assistance and food for the residents who have to leave their houses to save themselves from heavy rains and flood.

He has demanded that the people affected by the flood water be shifted to safer places.

He was accompanied by Senior party leaders including Balbir Singh Sidhu, Gurprit Singh Kangar, Arvind Khanna, District President Sanjeev Vashist, State Secretary Parminder Brar and Kamal Saini.

Jakhar said that the most sufferers are those residing in low-lying areas. 

Jakhar will be assuming his charge tomorrow at 11 A.M. at B.J.P. Office in  Chandigarh.
