Dhsaramshala, October 24, 2019: BJP is moving towards victory in Dharamshala by-elections for Himachal Vidhan Sabha. Party is leading by 6384 votes to independent candidate Rakesh Kumar.
After round 8 of counting in the Dharamshala by-election Vishal Nehria of BJP 20884, Rakesh Kumar Independent got 14500 votes, Vijay Inder Karan of Congress is in third place with 7804 votes. NOTA scored so far 380 votes. It is a 7 corner contest.
