BJP Manifesto a perfect roadmap for a powerful India: Tarun Chugh

Chandigarh, April 9, 2019: BJP national secretary Tarun Chugh today termed his party’s manifesto – ‘Sankalp Patra 2019’ – as a perfect roadmap for a powerful and prosperous India.

Hailing the party manifesto released today by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah along with other senior leaders of the party, Chugh said the party document prepared by a team of experts headed by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was the most progressive and promising manifesto prepared by any party since Independence which would realize the dreams of the people of the country.

Chugh said that the team led by Sh. Rajnath Singh has actually worked hard and taken into consideration the suggestions of people of the country for which more than 7700 suggestion boxes were put across urban and rural areas in all the 29 states and 7 union territories.

The BJP leader said the ‘Sankalp Patra’ has projected 75 important steps that could be done to improve the lot of the country and the people. He said the development schemes and programmes initiated by Prime Minister Modi led NDA government would be speeded up in the next five years to attain the desired result.

Chugh said that BJP was committed to protect the unity and integrity of the country and inculcate the spirit of nationalism among all the sections of society. He said that the BJP has promised to deliver the benefit of all the schemes of the government to the poorest of the poor in a transparent manner. “Our party believes in good governance and PM Modi-led government has proved it in the last five years,” he said.

He hoped that all the leaders and volunteers of the party would be successful in taking the announcements made in the ‘Sankalp Patra’ to the people of the country and get an overwhelming response once again to fulfill the aspirations of people by realizing party’s slogan - ‘Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar.”
