BioNEST-PU to host a bench marking event on 30th January 2024: “National Start-up Day- Start Something New”

Chandigarh, January 19, 2024: BioNEST-PU has always acknowledged and supported innovations that can be translated from ideation to reality for societal benefit. It envisions to nurture existing and potential start-ups, re-program a mind towards innovation, and create the pipeline for the same. BioNEST is here with a humble intent to create awareness about the cause amongst the innovators to implement entrepreneurship at Panjab University, Chandigarh and to build a robust ecosystem for the same. BioNEST has spread its wings for hosting innovations not only from the region but also from other parts of India.

BioNEST is hosting an event entitled “National Start-up Day-Start Something New” on 30th January 2024 to commemorate the National Start-up Day. Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh launched the poster for the event. This event will be executed under the banner of Atma-Nirbhar-Bharat, to inculcate the vision of Make-in-India campaign in start-ups, entrepreneurship and innovation. Project Leader, BioNEST, Panjab University, Chandigarh has invited an angel investor, start-up builder and social capitalist. Innovators will have the opportunity of pitching their ideas/ innovations/ products/ processes in front of special guests. 

BioNEST-PU will also be honouring some of the start-ups who pursued their vision by giving Intellectual property, Commercialization, Innovation, Technology Transfer, Ideation and The All-rounder Awards.
