I am very inspired by the fact that every employee of Bharti Foundation truly believes that we can change the lives of underprivileged children who study in our schools; that is evident from the kind of passion and commitment that we see on the ground. In addition, a very strong and credible leadership team, a sense of empowerment, unparalleled team spirit and a DNA of innovation sum up to make Bharti Foundation one of the best companies to work for.”
The prestigious certification is bagged by the organizations, which excel on five dimensions – credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
