The Beas Launched in Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar, July 17, 2015: The Beas the college magazine of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar was launched today in the College office. Launching the 2015 edition of the magazine the College Governing Council President Sardarni Balbir Kaur congratulated the Editorial Board and expressed her hope that such activities will successfully serve their purpose of bringing out the hidden creative potential of the students so as to result in their overall development. Speaking on the occasion the College Principal Dr. G.S. Samra said that bringing out College magazine was a part of education for students. He said that that this voluminous edition of the magazine was a reflection of the fertile imagination and writing skills of the students and hard work of the teachers in polishing these abilities of the students.

The occasion was witnessed by the presence of S. Jaspal Singh Waraich Joint Secretary College Governing Council, Prof. Sukhwinder Rai Editor-in-Chief and other members of the editorial board in addition to the senior faculty of the college.
