BDA & ADA TO E-AUCTION PRIME PROPERTIES IN BATHINDA, AMRITSAR

Chandigarh, March 14:

          Bathinda Development Authority (BDA) and Amritsar Development Authority (ADA) working under the Housing & Urban Development Department will start e-auction of various properties from March 15 and 22, respectively. The e-auction of BDA will end on March 27 and ADA has scheduled the conclusion of e-auction for March 31.

          Giving details, an official spokesperson of the Housing & Urban Development Department revealed that Bathinda Development Authority has decided to put up a total 70 sites in the e-auction including SCOs, booths, shops, residential plots, 2 school sites and 1 multiplex site. Reserve price of the multiplex site situated at urban estate, phase 2 part 1, Bathinda has been fixed at Rs. 19.40 crore. The area of this site is approximately 4950 sq. mtr. The primary school site situated at Nirwana Estate, Bathinda spread over around 2112 sq. mtr. would be available for bidding at the reserve price of Rs. 5.72 crore. Another school site having area of about 10628 sq. mtr. would also be on offer. This site is located in PUDA Enclave, Spinfed Mill, Abohar and the bidding for this site will start from Rs. 6.23 crore.

          Amritsar Development Authority will put 69 properties for bidding in the e-auction. These include residential plots, SCOs, shops and a school site. The school site measuring 3440 sq. mtr. is located in PUDA Avenue, Gurdaspur and has been priced at Rs. 6.86 crore, rest of the properties are situated in various localities of Amritsar, Gurdaspur and Batala.
