Banarsi Dass Arya Girls College organised faculty development programme

Jalandhar, May 26, 2017: Under the ambit of IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell), Banarsi Dass Arya Girls College, Jalandhar Cantt., organized a faculty development programme wherein Dr.Shailesh Tripathi was the resource person. He is a multi-talented personality and now a successful public and motivational speaker. For monitoring the internal quality in education, he exhorted the teachers to enhance the confidence in oneself and also gave tips on the personality to succeed, developing a right attitude to grow in any profession and skills for an effective teaching in this competitive world.
Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Sarita Verma extended a warm welcome to the resource person. She expressed her gratitude towards Dr.Shailesh Tripathi for the interaction with the entire faculty and giving his suggestions, expertise and guidelines.
