Ban on opinion and exit poll results until polling concludes
Ahead of the Ludhiana West by-poll on June 19, a ban has been imposed on the dissemination of opinion and exit poll results until polling concludes. No individual, channel, or portal is permitted to conduct or share opinion or exit polls till the period.

Ludhiana, June 17, 2025: Ahead of the Ludhiana West by-poll on June 19, a ban has been imposed on the dissemination of opinion and exit poll results until polling concludes. No individual, channel, or portal is permitted to conduct or share opinion or exit polls till the period.
Additionally, the display of any election-related content, including results of opinion polls, exit polls, or surveys, on electronic media is strictly prohibited until the polling process is complete.
The Ludhiana West by-poll is set to take place on Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM across 194 polling stations.
In Ludhiana West by-poll, a total of 175469 voters including 90088 male, 85371 female and 10 third genders.
