Chandigarh, May 29, 2026: An awareness session on the theme “Say No to Tobacco” was organised by the VADA Club Committee in collaboration with NSS and Boys Hostel No. 4.
The programme was held under the guidance of Hostel Warden Dr. Naveen Kumar and PU NSS Coordinator Prof. Anupam Bahri.
Warden of Boys Hostel No. 04, Dr. Naveen Kumar extended a warm welcome to the Guests and the participants. He also addressed the gathering and shared his valuable thoughts on leading a healthy and addiction-free life. He also administered a pledge to all the attendees, encouraging them to abstain from tobacco and drug use.
Resource Person, Mr. Inder Pal delivered an insightful and impactful talk highlighting the harmful effects of tobacco and drug abuse. He also engaged the audience through an interactive activity to reinforce the message effectively.
VADA Club member Mr. Rahul Lohan shared a motivational message for the youth, encouraging them to stay away from substance abuse and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
