Awareness program on ‘Cancer a Deadly Disease’ 

Jalandhar: Red Ribbon club and Newton’s club of B D  Arya college Jalandhar Cantt, carried out awareness program on ‘Cancer a Deadly Disease’ ‘through power point presentations. The increasing prevalence of cancer is a matter of great concern. Students and teachers were informed about the cause, symptoms and prevention of the disease. Diagnosis at an early stage can help to check the advancement of cancer. 

Principal Dr. Sarita  Verma emphasized on creating  awareness in masses and following balanced diet, exercise and healthy life style to preveat this disease. She also suggested that person should contact physician without any hesitation for early diagnosis. 
Principal appreciated the efforts of students.
