Avsar I(Placement Drive) for students 

Chandigarh, November 14, 2022: Centre Placement Cell in collaboration with UIET has organized Avsar I(Placement Drive) for the students of UIET, UIET Hoshiarpur and Department of Computer Science and Applications. The drive started on 7th November with the Pre placement talks. Many prestigious companies were part of this drive and came with various job roles. Companies Like Federal Bank at 9.5 Lpa, Hashed IN at 9 Lpa, Adidoff at 7 Lpa, Copperpod at 5 Lpa, Roots Analysis at 4.2 Lpa, TT Consultants at 6 Lpa, Caleius Consulting at 8.15 Lpa and Alert Enterprises at 7 Lpa were part of this event. Around 250 students participated in the drive and more than 50 students were selected. The Drive ended on 12th November and the festival stood up to its name and provided a chance (Avsar) to prove themselves and get placed.
Prof. Meena Sharma (Honorary Director, Central Placement Cell), Dr.Sarbjeet Singh (Associate Director, Centre Placement Cell) and the student placement representatives coordinated the mega event  for the students.
