Athletic Meet begins at Guru Kashi University

Talwandi Sabo, February 27, 2014: Third Annual Athletic Meet begun today with full zeal and enthusiasm at Guru Kashi University campus. Sanyam Aggarwal (IAS) was the chief guest on the 1st day the meet. He advised the players in his address to play the games with sportsmen sprit and appreciated the arrangements regarding the sports meet. Chief guest also took salute from the March Past by different departments in the university.
Chairman Gurlabh Singh Sidhu stated that students should equally concentrate on sports along with the Academics. Vice-Chancellor Dr. N.S.Malhi advised the students that they should keep themselves away from the drugs, only than they can enjoy the real benefits of sports.
Dr. Tarlok Singh Sandhu briefed about the activities of 1st and 2nd day activities  of  sports meet. Dr. Ravinder Summal said that whole physical Dept. staff and student did their best in the arrangement.
Apart from the other M.D. Sukhraj Singh Sidhu, Dr. B.S.Dhaliwal, Dr. Narinder Singh, S. Harpal singh, Dr. A.K.
