Association Leaders Visit CICU Tech Show 2025, Applaud Efforts to Empower MSMEs in Punjab
The ongoing CICU Tech Show 2025 witnessed a strong show of solidarity and appreciation from prominent industry associations of Punjab, as their office bearers visited the exhibition and lauded the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings’ (CICU) efforts to create a world-class platform for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Ludhiana, September 29, 2025: The ongoing CICU Tech Show 2025 witnessed a strong show of solidarity and appreciation from prominent industry associations of Punjab, as their office bearers visited the exhibition and lauded the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings’ (CICU) efforts to create a world-class platform for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
The distinguished delegation included Association of Ludhiana Machine Tool Industries (ALMTI) Sushil Kumar and Trilochan Singh; Jaspal Bangar Industrial Association Ramesh Kakkar, President; Ludhiana Sewing Machine Industries Association (Regd.) Amarjit Singh, President; Garments Machinery MFRS. & Suppliers Association (Regd.) Ram Krishan, Chairman, Teja Singh, President, Gurpreet Singh, Sr. Vice President; and Janta Nagar Small Scale Mfgs. Association Jaswinder Singh Thukral (President).
During their visit, the association leaders keenly explored the state-of-the-art machinery, advanced technologies, and smart manufacturing solutions showcased by leading Indian and international companies. They also interacted with exhibitors and overseas delegates, underlining the importance of global exposure for local industries. The leaders unanimously praised CICU’s vision to empower Punjab’s MSMEs, noting that the Tech Show is acting as a bridge between global technology providers and regional enterprises. They emphasized that such platforms enable industries to adopt modern practices, improve productivity, and enhance competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
Speaking on the occasion, the association representatives highlighted that the Tech Show is not just an exhibition, but a knowledge-sharing and networking hub that will help industries embrace Industry 4.0 practices, automation, and digital transformation—critical to maintaining Punjab’s status as India’s manufacturing powerhouse. They also commended CICU President, Upkar Singh Ahuja, along with the CICU team, for their tireless efforts in conceptualizing and executing such a large-scale industrial event in Ludhiana. Under his leadership, CICU has become a catalyst for fostering industrial growth, international collaborations, and employment generation in Punjab.
