New Delhi, July 12, 2026: Ashoka University, India's leading interdisciplinary and research university based in Delhi-NCR, announced exceptional career outcomes for its graduating Class of 2025–26. The University achieved 100% placements for students seeking employment, with 450+ offers from 163 organisations, including 78 new recruiters, while 135+ students secured over 400 offers from leading global universities, including a record number of prestigious international scholarships and admissions to Oxbridge and Ivy League institutions.
The graduating cohort recorded strong growth in compensation across industries. The highest offer stood at Rs. 42.5 LPA, secured by a Computer Science student. The average CTC for the top 20% is ₹22.5 LPA, while the median CTC for the same stood at ₹22.0 LPA.
Around 80% of the placed cohort joined six key sectors. Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) accounted for 20% of placements, with the average CTC increasing by 3% to Rs.12.7 LPA. Consulting, which represented 18% of placements, recorded an average CTC of Rs. 16.0 LPA reflecting a 30% increase over the previous year. The Development and Social Impact sector accounted for 15% of placements, with an average CTC increasing by 11% to Rs 11.5 LPA. Technology accounted for 9% of placements, with the average CTC increasing by 26% to Rs 15.1 LPA, while Data, Research and Analytics, representing 9% of placements, recorded a 26% increase in average CTC to Rs. 13.5 LPA. EdTech/Education accounted for 7% of placements, with the average CTC increasing by 25% to Rs. 11.9 LPA.
The graduating cohort also recorded outstanding higher education outcomes, securing admissions to some of the world's most prestigious universities. Students received 24 Oxbridge offers, up from 15 in the previous year, and 24 Ivy League offers, compared to 13 last year. They also secured partial scholarships ranging from 10% to 80% across master's programmes at institutions including Yale, Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown, Sciences Po, Oxford, Cambridge, the London School of Economics, Hertie School and the National University of Singapore, among others. Ashoka students are leading the way in global higher education. Students secured 19 top international scholarships in a single year, including the Rhodes, Gates Cambridge, Fulbright-Nehru, Chevening, and Erasmus Mundus, amongst others. In addition, students received 16 PhD admissions, of which 12 are fully funded.
