Ludhiana, May 2, 2014: Arena Animation Ludhiana, a leading animation institution of Punjab, has marked yet another year of excellent training in Multimedia and Animation. The celebration of completing 9 years “Naurang 2014” was embarked by Arena Arts – an exhibition of Student artwork along with student show reels and Cultural events of Students. Excellence awards were distributed to the deserving students. In continuation of their every year trend they also announced the launch of comprehensive programs called AAIP-Animation, AAIP-VFX & GWDD to give students a complete range of Industry relevant tools and experiences. The function was commenced by a DJ dance celebration and refreshments.

Sachin Sachdeva, Co- Director, Arena Animation Ludhiana, Feeling proud to accomplish the last year promises, told about their already running internship programs in which students from Arena Ludhiana are working on live projects and are making games for IOS and Android Platforms. Many such games are already in the market and the students are learning a lot from the program started last year in association with their in house production house – “Quackart studios”. They said that they assist and make sure all eligible and interested students get jobs in the field of their choice.
Vikas Srivastava, Regional Manager Arena Animation introduced the newly launched tools in their courses with all  present in the event. He updated students and their parents about the new tools as well as showcased their usages with the help of videos and images. The brief of the courses as explained by him are as:

AAIP-Animation, the course has been power packed with the Latest Technologies in the market such as Augmented Reality, Projection Mapping, Golaem – Crowd Simulation and Pixar Renderman.  The Indian Animation Industry is estimated to reach Rs.15.2 billion by 2016 with the CAGR of 7.1%.
