Chandigarh, 21 May, 2025: Vanessa Worrell, a distinguished guest speaker from Pepperdine University, United States of America, today delivered an insightful talk on the practical applications of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh.
The interactive session was organised by the Department of Education on the theme "Applied Behavior Analysis: Convergence between Education and Psychology." Many scholars, faculty, and education professionals attended the session to explore the integration of psychological principles with educational practices. The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, who commended the department’s efforts in promoting interdisciplinary learning through such academic engagements.
In her presentation, Vanessa Worrell highlighted how Applied Behavior Analysis can bridge theoretical and practical approaches in both educational and psychological contexts, with a focus on classroom management and student behaviour support.
