Apologise or face legal action: RSS to Khaira

Jalandhar, July 22, 2017: RSS has strongly objected to the statement of Aam Aadmi Party’s Bholath MLA, Sukhpal Singh Khaira, for naming RSS and VHP in the murder of a church priest in Ludhiana.

In a statement here today, RSS prant sanghchalak Brijbhushan Singh Bedi alleged Khaira was taking help of Sangh and VHP with a view to achieve his political gains.

Bedi said the Khaira's statement proves that Khaira was trying to lower the image of constitutional post as he was hold the post of Leader of Opposition in Punjab assembly.He opined that the statement of Khaira was against the spirit of communal harmony. He said Sangh respected all the religions and religious gurus and did not believe in any kind of violence. He said Sangh strongly condemned the killing of pastor.

Bedi said people of Punjab were fully aware of the sacrifices given by the Sangh workers for unity and integrity of the country. He recalled that Sangh had lost its sahprant sanghchalak Brig Jagdish Gagneja in the recent times.

He urged upon Khaira to apologise from the countrymen for his objectionable statement. He warned Sangh would be constrained to take legal action againt Khaira in case he failed to apologise.
