APJRMD creates magic at Annual Appreciation Day 

With the blessings of Sushma Paul Berlia, President, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group; Chairperson, Apeejay Education; and, Co-Founder and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University AND under the stewardship of Principal Sangeeta Nistandra, Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar celebrated its Annual Appreciation Day with great zeal, zest and fervour- “Anandam- A Symphony of Gratitude”.

Jalandhar, December 26, 2022: With the blessings of Sushma Paul Berlia, President, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group; Chairperson, Apeejay Education; and, Co-Founder and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University AND under the stewardship of Principal Sangeeta Nistandra, Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar celebrated its Annual Appreciation Day with great zeal, zest and fervour- “Anandam- A Symphony of Gratitude”.

The Chief Guest for the day was Jagdish Raj Raja, Mayor, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar. Aditya Berlia, Co-Founder and Pro-Chancellor of the Apeejay Stya University and a member of the Management Board of the Apeejay Stya and Svran Group presided over the function.

The celebrations commenced with Lighting the Lamp ceremony by the eminent guests followed by An Invocation to Lord Shiva – Shiv Shankara.

Principal Nistandra read out the School Annual report and shared the laurels and achievements of the bright APJRMD gems, with the audience. The school song ‘Soaring High Is My Nature’ was presented by the students as a choreography which was greatly appreciated by one and all.

Aditya Berlia Sir in his address congratulated the school for its achievements. He shared the new endeavours being taken up by Apeejay Education in framing Curriculum for Middle East, North Africa, Europe and East Coast of America. He shared that Apeejay teachers are going to mentor their teachers. He shared the hard work put up by every teacher at Apeejay during the Covid period. He guided every student to stick to education and values that would take them a long way. He blessed students and the school a bright future.

The Chief Guest awarded and felicitated the recipients of: 
•    Dr. Stya Paul Award for Human Values (to those who have exhibited deep moral values and a high level of integrity in their behaviour and conduct.)
•    The President’s Gold Medal (to the student who stood first among all sections in Class XII C.B.S.E. Examination.)
•    The President’s Silver Medal (to the student at the end of Class XII standard, who has shown consistently good results and is also good in sports and cultural activities.)
•    Master Jagan Nath Gold Medal (awarded to the student who secures highest marks in the Commerce stream at the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination for class XII.)
•    Financial Incentives to class XI students (who have scored 95% and above in class X Board Examination.)
•    Class X and XII Toppers
•    Sports Achievers
•    Head Boy and Head Girl for the session
•    Best House

The Annual Day celebrations included Musical, Theatrical and Dance items- Geeta Saar, Welcome Dance, It’s a beautiful Day, Jungle Dance, Better when I am Dancing, Coastal Dance, Chikki Chikki Bum Bum, Believers, Never Give Up, Folk Harmony, Bhangra Beats and Christmas Celebrations.

VP Aarti Shorey Bhat and teachers Anand, Indu, Anjuman, Gurpreet were the comperes for the program.

Chief Guest Jagdish Raja Ji in his address complimented the school for its achievements year after year and also for putting up a wonderful show. 

The show was a grand success with each parent, student, Alumni and guests appreciating the program.
