Apeejay School shines in kickboxing championships

Jalandhar, April 24, 2024: Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, celebrates the remarkable achievements of its students in the field of kickboxing. Five talented students from the school have been selected to represent the Jalandhar kickboxing team in the 20th Punjab State Kickboxing Championship 2024-25 held at SBS Nagar from April 19th to 21st, 2024.

Bhav Aggarwal, a student of Class VI, showcased exceptional skills and determination by securing a Gold medal in the -42 kg weight category of the Younger Cadets (10-12 years) age group. His outstanding performance has earned him a spot in the upcoming Cadet National Kickboxing Championship 2024-25, scheduled to take place in Pune, Maharashtra, from May 21st to 26th, 2024.

Adding to the school's success, Dhanvi Sharma of Class V demonstrated impressive talent and secured the 2nd position in the -32 kg weight category of the same competition and age group.

Deepti Kaushal, coordinator of the school, congratulated Bhav Aggarwal, Dhanvi Sharma and their coach Yadwinder for their remarkable achievements and wish them the best of luck in their future competitions.
