Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organizing `Prarambh’ Inter-class business plan competition.

Jalandhar: Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar is committed to inculcating entrepreneurship among students, stated Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra. The college organised 'Prarambh' Inter-class business plan competition. A business plan is an important step towards starting a new venture, as it allows entrepreneurs to analyze how their company will operate and brings together many areas of the business environment. This competition was planned under the guidance of Ms. Aarti Verma, Dean, MAC FORUM and Dr. Monika Mogla, Head of PG Department. Mr. M. J. Kalra was the judge of the event. On this occasion, Dr. Neerja Dhingra, encouraged the students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and mentioned that entrepreneurship shall be introduced as a subject in the school education. 
 
There were total nine teams from BBA and B.Com (Semester-2) which participated in the competition. There were variety of ideas related to the environment, E-Commerce and stress. Neerja Dhingra and the judge M.J. Kalra gave blessings to all the participants and congratulated the winners.

The team on first position was Green Home by Anish Jain, Udit Kapoor, Parag. Second position was bagged by Team Mellow mate by Lavanya Jain, Himanshi and third position was secured by Team Clean dream led by Khushi Bansal, Yachna Dhand.
