Aparna Constructions launches Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, announced that they are investing INR 450 CR into their newest project in Telangana – Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells. The residential gated community is located in Kompally, an emerging residential belt in Hyderabad. Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells is the brand’s second launch this year. Their previous launch in April was a luxury gated community project, Aparna Sarovar Zicon, located at Nallagandla, Hyderabad. Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells marks the 59th residential project of the company. Apart from the current project, Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited is planning to launch 6 more residential projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru in the current fiscal year. In addition to high rise apartments, Aparna Constructions will also be launching 2 plotted layouts and 3 commercial projects this year.

The newly launched Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells is built on an expansive 10.5 acres and comprises of 1050 Vaastu-compliant apartments spread across ten 15-storey towers. The project comprises of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1294 to 1911 sq. ft. The gated community will also include a massive 44500 sq. ft. club house with an array of modern amenities and sports facilities. The project will be tentatively ready by March 2025.

Speaking about the company’s expansion plans, Mr. Rakesh Reddy, Director, Aparna Constructions & Estates Private Limited, said, “2021 is going to be a very crucial and positive year for Aparna Constructions. In the next five years, we are looking to build approximately 60 million square feet of projects. Our residential portfolio stands strong at 59 projects and we want to strengthen it further. We also want to fortify our presence in the commercial segment in the coming years, especially in Tier II and Tier III locations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.”
