Jalandhar, July 7, 2027: The appointment of Anuradha as the District President, Jalandhar (Urban), Punjab Pradesh Mahila Congress has been warmly welcomed by Congress workers across the district. The appointment was approved by the President of the All India Mahila Congress, Alka Lamba, through an official office order issued on 6 July.
Following the announcement, Congress leaders and workers gathered at the office of MLA Pargat Singh to congratulate Anuradha and extend their best wishes for her new responsibility.
Among those present were Angad Dutta, District President, Youth Congress Jalandhar, Dharminder Singh Bhinda, Senior Congress Leader, Bhupinder Singh Bhinda, General Secretary, District Congress Committee, Manvir Singh, PA to MLA Pargat Singh, Sonia Ahir, Sarabjit Kaur Dadra, Annie Banga, Simran Chahal, Sunita Rani, and Sejal Chahal, along with several Congress workers.
