Ludhiana, April 15, 2026: Sat Paul Mittal School witnessed a morning of pride and celebration as it hosted its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony on 15th April 2026 in the Mittal Auditorium. The event brought together the school fraternity in a shared spirit of appreciation and accomplishment, honouring students who have excelled not only in academics but also in character and conduct.
The programme commenced with the arrival of Shri Bipin Gupta, Vice-Chairman, Governing Council, Sat Paul Mittal School, who was accorded a thoughtfully curated Green Welcome, reflecting the institution’s steadfast commitment to sustainability. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the formal inauguration, symbolising the dispelling of ignorance through knowledge. The ambience was further elevated by a graceful Invocation Dance that sought divine blessings and expressed gratitude for the milestones achieved, setting a tone of reverence and reflection for the occasion.
In his welcome address, Shri Bipin Gupta appreciated the dedication of the students and the consistent efforts of the faculty. He emphasised the importance of perseverance, discipline and strong values in shaping individuals who are well-equipped to navigate the challenges of an ever-evolving world.
The ceremony progressed to the felicitation of Academic Achievers from Classes VI to IX and XI. Students were recognised for their remarkable scholastic accomplishments, setting benchmarks of excellence and inspiring their peers. Celebrating a culture of diligence and intellectual pursuit, twenty-four students from Classes VI to IX and XI were honoured for their academic distinction. The recognition, comprising a trophy, certificate and a cash award, marked not just their scholastic success but also their sustained commitment to excellence and disciplined effort.
The ceremony also underscored the institution’s emphasis on holistic development through its uniquely envisioned Good Folk ethos—an initiative that places character and conduct at the heart of student growth. By acknowledging qualities such as integrity, accountability and respectful engagement, the school continues to nurture individuals who excel beyond the classroom. Fifteen students were recognised as Good Folk Achievers, each receiving a trophy, certificate and a cash award for exemplifying values that define the spirit of the institution. Their recognition reaffirmed the school’s vision of fostering well-rounded individuals who contribute meaningfully to society.
The event drew to a graceful close with a deeply resonant Vote of Thanks delivered by the Principal, Bhupinder Gogia. In her address, she conveyed profound gratitude to the students, staff and parents whose steadfast support and collective commitment continue to shape the institution’s journey of excellence. She urged the students to pursue their aspirations with unwavering focus, while remaining firmly anchored in values that define true success.
