Annual Intra Department Moot Court Competition 

Chandigarh, May 6, 2022: The Department of Laws, Panjab University organised the annual Intra Department Moot Court Competition on 4th-5th May. The final round for the event was adjudged by 1)Justice R. K Jain (Former Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court), 2) Mr. Amar Vivek (Advocate, Punjab and Haryana High Court), and 3) Dr. Tejinder Kaur (Principal, Army institute of Law, Mohali). The Final round followed by valedictory function was attended by more than 200 students. The valedictory address was delivered by the chief guest, Hon'ble Justice R. K. Jain.  Team of Ritika Chopra, Riya and Ashtasheel Patil won the event and the team of Deep Zorawar Singh, Diksha Mahajan and isha Sabharwal were the runner-up, Team of Arundhati, Sophia and Shefali Rana won the prize of best memorial, Prabhjeet Singh won the prize for best student advocate and Abhishek Ahlawat won the best researcher prize. The event was coordinated by Dr. Shipra Gupta.
