Chandigarh, August 26, 2013: The All India Conference of Intellectuals, an NGO, awarded Punjab Rattan Award to Anil Joshi, Industry And Technical Education Minister at an impressive ceremony held in Chandigarh which was attended by distinguished intellectuals from all walks of life including former Governor and Judges and Vice Chancellors.
Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab government said that the event was presided over by H. S. Brahma, Election Commissioner of India. Speaking on the occasion Joshi asked the citizen to cast their vote judicious taking into consideration the credentials of the candidates.
