Jalandhar, August 13, 2026: Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan and Cantt.–Jandiala Road, organised Anhad: A Divine Connection, a special programme presented by the students of the Primary Wing.
The event brought together young learners, parents and educators in a celebration of values, learning and the powerful connection between home and school.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome address, followed by soulful performances. The programme beautifully blended music, spirituality and meaningful messages. Soulful bhajans and shabads such as “Vin Boleya Sab Kichh Janda,” “Mere Mann Mein Hai Tu,” “Tumri Saran Tumhari Aasan” and “Teri Panah Mein Hamen Rakhna” created a serene and spiritual ambience.
The Principals of the respective schools —Rajeev Paliwal, Green Model Town; Shallu Sehgal, Loharan; and Sonali, Cantt.–Jandiala Road conveyed a message through a presentation on “Humane Imprinting”. It focused on how children are shaped not only by academic learning but also by the values, emotions, behaviour and experiences they encounter in their formative years. The theme of “From ME to WE” further emphasised the spirit of Seva, encouraging children to move beyond individual achievement towards kindness, empathy, compassion and service. The message resonated with the school’s vision of nurturing responsible and sensitive individuals who contribute positively to society.
Another significant segment, “Together We Grow,” highlighted the three strong pillars of a child’s development — School, Teachers and Parents, with the child at the heart of this partnership. The presence and participation of parents added warmth and significance to the occasion, strengthening the school’s commitment to building a collaborative partnership between educators and families.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the parents, school leadership, teachers and students for making Anhad: A Divine Connection a meaningful celebration of learning, values and togetherness.
