Amrita Pritam Sahit Sabha organises Poster Making Competition

Jalandhar, May 17, 2022: A Poster Making competition on the theme 'Save Water Save Life' was organized by Amrita Pritam Sahit Sabha (Punjabi Department) at PCM S.D College for Women, Jalandhar.  

Students from the different streams participated enthusiastically in this competition. Harsimrat Kaur (Department of Fine Arts) acted as  judge. In this competition, Isha of B.Com Semester II and  Ashima Chopra of B.A   Semester IV  won first prize. Not only this,  Sandesh Preeti of  B.Sc (Computer Science) Semester II bagged second prize and Rajni of  B.A Semester IV grabbed third prize.  Apart from this, Goveshna of B.A B.Ed Semester IV and Loveleen of BA Semester IV received consolation prizes.  

The members of the Managing Committee and the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Pooja Parashar congratulated the winning students. She said that such competitions play a vital role in the overall development of the students. She also appreciated the Department of   Punjabi for successfully organizing the event.  All the faculty members of Punjabi Department were present on the occasion.
