All the waffle lovers enjoyed an extravagant array of savoury and sweet varieties at the Waffle Fest hosted at The Chocolate Box and Lounge in MBD Neopolis Mall

Ludhiana, November 2, 2019: All the waffle lovers enjoyed an extravagant array of savoury and sweet varieties at the Waffle Fest hosted at The Chocolate Box and Lounge in MBD Neopolis mall on Saturday.

The waffle fest will continue till 30 th November. To start the fest, waffle cooking session was hosted by Pastry Chef Amit Porwal. Around 15 ladies attended the cooking session and enquired about how they can prepare waffles at their place with waffle maker. Chef apprised the ladies that waffle origin is from Belgium and now people relish it in India as well and because of demand they have introduced The waffle fest at The Chocolate Box and Lounge.

In the waffle fest, one can try orange waffle with vanilla ice cream, honey waffle with cream cheese, Waffle with blue berry cream, Waffle with raspberry cream, Banana waffle with caramel sauce And tutti fruity ice cream and nutella waffle with chocolate sauce Sprinklers and chocolate ice cream.

Pastry Chef at The Chocolate Box and Lounge said, ''The Waffle Fest will make sure that all waffle lovers will have sweet weekend. He said even more exciting is the infusion of interesting Indian and international flavours, namely you can now try out the Nutella waffle with chocolate sauce, sprinklers and chocolate ice cream and other fusion favourites for Ludhiana people. He said waffle lovers should drop in for a great meal and a fun time at the Waffle Fest, whole November month.

In the cooking session pastry Chef apprised the guests, '' Waffle consists of refined flour, milk, butter, baking powder and icing sugar. We make the batter using these ingredients and then waffle is prepared in machine and it takes 7 to 8 minutes to serve waffle more crispy and soft so that person can relish the waffle of their choice. "
