All Pending Complaints on Portals Must Be Resolved Immediately: DC Sachin Gupta
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officers to immediately dispose of all pending and re-opened complaints received through Samadhan Camps, Jansamvad, CM Window, CPGRAMS and SMGT portals. He emphasized that all pending complaints on these portals must be resolved in a proper and satisfactory manner. Any officer found negligent in this regard will be recommended to the government for disciplinary action.
Rohtak, December 18, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officers to immediately dispose of all pending and re-opened complaints received through Samadhan Camps, Jansamvad, CM Window, CPGRAMS and SMGT portals. He emphasized that all pending complaints on these portals must be resolved in a proper and satisfactory manner. Any officer found negligent in this regard will be recommended to the government for disciplinary action.
The Deputy Commissioner was addressing the officers present during a Samadhan Camp held at the auditorium of the local Mini Secretariat while hearing public grievances. He said that the Haryana Samadhan Cell conducts a virtual review of the disposal of complaints received in Samadhan Camps every Friday. The district administration will also review the status of complaint disposal on all five portals tomorrow, Friday. If deficiencies are found in the disposal of pending or re-opened complaints of any department, recommendations for action against the concerned officer will be sent to the government.
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta instructed the officers to make sincere and effective efforts to promptly redress every complaint received in the Samadhan Camp. As per the directions of the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Camps are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the district headquarters as well as at the sub-divisional headquarters. These camps are being held with the objective of providing on-the-spot redressal of grievances related to all departments under one roof. Officers were further directed to regularly monitor not only the Samadhan Camps but also the Jansamvad, CM Window, CPGRAMS and SMGT portals, and to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of complaints received on these platforms.
During the Samadhan Camp, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhull; Municipal Magistrate Ankit Kumar; DRO Pramod Chahal; DDPO Rajpal Chahal; DEO Manjeet Malik; Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Sanjeev; DFSC Varinder Singh; SDO, Irrigation Department Sujit; LDM Mahabir Prasad, along with officers from other concerned departments, were present.
