Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta assured that the district administration will resolve all major issues of Ritoli village on priority and ensure fulfilment of all genuine demands of villagers. He informed that estimates amounting to ₹15 lakh for repairs of the Primary School building and ₹27 lakh for repairs of the Government Senior Secondary School building have already been sent to the government for approval.

Rohtak, February 20, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta assured that the district administration will resolve all major issues of Ritoli village on priority and ensure fulfilment of all genuine demands of villagers. He informed that estimates amounting to ₹15 lakh for repairs of the Primary School building and ₹27 lakh for repairs of the Government Senior Secondary School building have already been sent to the government for approval.

The Deputy Commissioner was interacting with villagers during the “Administration at Your Village” programme organised at the campus of the Government Senior Secondary School, Ritoli village. He listened to the grievances and demands of villagers and assured that all issues will be addressed expeditiously through the concerned departments. He said that adequate funds are available for development works, and the district administration is committed to ensuring holistic development of rural areas.

He emphasised that the administration will ensure availability of quality education, healthcare, drinking water, and other basic civic amenities in the village. Inspecting departmental stalls set up at the venue, he directed officers to ensure that complete information about welfare schemes reaches eligible beneficiaries and that benefits are provided without delay.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner also distributed commode chairs and wheelchairs to beneficiaries through the District Red Cross Society. He informed that a special camp will soon be organised in Ritoli village for identification of persons with disabilities and provision of assistive devices after proper measurements.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Narender Kumar said that under the Administration at Your Village initiative, the district administration is reaching out to citizens at their doorstep to assess ground-level issues and ensure timely delivery of services. He also heard villagers’ grievances, issued directions for their resolution, and felicitated students and sportspersons for outstanding performance. He inspected the government school and assured that repairs would be carried out using available government funds.

ASP Prateek Agrawal appealed to villagers to stay away from drugs and to guide children towards education and sports. He cautioned that drug abuse not only damages health but also destroys families and society, and informed that the district administration is taking strict action against drug traffickers, urging citizens to promptly report such activities.

Zila Parshad Jaidev Dagar welcomed senior officers and stated that the programme is proving effective in addressing rural issues. Representatives of the Gram Panchayat presented village-level demands. On behalf of the Panchayat, Sarpanch Representative Manjeet Dalal and Satgama Pradhan Shri Pal honoured the Deputy Commissioner with a turban, shawl, and memento, and also felicitated the Additional Deputy Commissioner and the District Development and Panchayat Officer.

The programme was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Narender Kumar, ASP Prateek Agrawal, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DEEO Diljeet Singh, District Project Coordinator Suman Hooda, DEEO Sunita Chahal, former Sarpanch Raj Singh, Surender Pradhan, Masoodpur Sarpanch Bhagwat Dayal, Raj Singh Kabulpur, senior officers from various departments, and a large number of villagers.
