After a series of trial and error, Sony SAB’s Vandana Wagle realizes her true calling and goes all out for it
Pariva Pranati as Vandana Wagle from Sony SAB's Wagle Ki Duniya.

In Sony SAB’s Wagle Ki Duniya, Vandana (Pariva Pranati) has been an epitome of strength for the Wagle parivaar, making innumerable sacrifices for her loved ones and compromising on her own dreams. Now that she finally decides to pursue her passion, amidst her mother-in-law, Radhika (Bharati Achrekar) being diagnosed with initial stages of Alzheimer’s, it seems like her path to greatness is not going to be as smooth as she thought it would be.

Initially, an excited Vandana tries to work in a call center, but the prospect was soon dropped as she did not see herself working there for long. Soon after she tried working at a marriage hall where she would take care of the backend work but to her dismay, it did not work out as planned. Putting all second thoughts aside, this time, Vandana tried her hand at tutoring and set foot to tutor Jyoti’s nephew. Shockingly enough, the kid was a menace and Vandana had to forgo the idea of being a home tutor.

Naturally troubled, Vandana began to doubt her self-worth. Soon enough the God of destiny smiled on her and an odd, estranged couple landed at the Wagle family. The wife, a working woman, had refused to take all responsibilities of the house while the husband expected her to do so simply because she was a woman. Vandana stepped up and managed to teach them to practice equal division of labor at home, dividing all the tasks which eventually saved their marriage. While Vandana was grooming the newly wed, someone shot a video, and the entire scene became viral on social media. Rajesh (Sumeet Raghavan) suggested that Vandana should take this up as a profession and thus, after a series of hits and misses, Vandana Wagle found her true calling and started her own grooming school. Vivaan became her first student and soon enough, Vandana’s dedication attracted profits.

Pariva Pranati who essays the role of Vandana says, “Every track in Wagle Ki Duniya has layered messages for everyone. I am so happy with the development of Vandana's character. She is truly a very dedicated human being who has not forgotten her dreams despite being an excellent homemaker. Through this track Sony SAB shares very underlying important messages, not to give up on their dreams and not conform to gender stereotypes. I am very happy to work in such an environment where my character radiates so much hope and I hope we can continue to woo the audience. Please stay tuned to see how Vandana becomes a super successful boss lady at home and at work.”
