Ludhiana: A 10 day food festival celebrating Afghani cuisines started at Made in India restaurant of Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana on Friday. The 10 day long food festival named Afghani Affairs will continue till March 22 nd. The special menu for Afghanistan cuisine had been curated by Executive Chef Mohammad Asif, Chef Mumtaz and Chef Saddam at Indian specialty restaurant Made in India located at fifth floor of the hotel.
General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana, Abhay Kumar said, “Various Food festivals are organized to tickle the taste bud of foodies and we at our specialty Indian restaurant Made in India always try to bring the best of dishes and menu for our guests in form of various food festivals. Gorge on to four course meal starting with scrumptious soup like Aush Subz Ka Arq, Mashawa Lamb Zafrani Shorba and team it up with delectable kebabs and appetizers like makhmali paneer tikka, subz mewe ki tikki, khumb aur badam ki galouti, aloo nazaakat ,chicken barrah kebab, sikandari boti, shahi kadak seekh and mahi surkh karda.
The afghani style main course including Kandhari Gosht Korma, Afghani Murgh Lazeez, Shahi Macchi Ka Salan, For vegetarians Dal Bukhara, Qibili Pulao, Sada Chawal, Qurmi Naan, Taaftan, Kandhari Naan, Roghni Naan, Qabooli Parantha and lot more.
