Aegon Life insurance empowers employees to make financial decisions

The company celebrates the Joy of Giving Festival every year. The fortnightly celebrations of giving and sharing include initiatives on wellness of mind & body, financial well-being, appreciating enthusiasm of colleagues at work and extending support to those less privileged than us in the society.

Speaking on the financial planning session, Ms. Saba Adil, Chief People Officer of AEGON Life Insurance said, “Health, wellness and general well-being (including financial) are key levers to our happiness, and focusing on these levers is important to us. Through the structured financial planning sessions coupled with expert, customized consultation, the sessions aimed at making employees aware about the necessity to take charge of their finances and not wake to rude surprises in the future.

The company conducted several events and activities across India between October 3^rd and 14^th.
