Suncross Bikes in association with Ludhiana District Bar Association organising a cycle rally at Ludhiana on Friday.
Ludhiana, March 15, 2013: Suncross Bikes in association with Ludhiana District Bar Association organised today a cycle rally.
The rally was flagged off by the District Sessions Judge, Gopinder Singh Matharoo which took off from District Courts via Mall Road and Ghumar Mandi and ended thereof at the District Court itself.
Alongwith all the advocates, Rajesh Kalra, CEO of Suncross Bikes-Naren International and Manjit Singh Khalsa, Chairman, UCPMA also ride on the bicycles today for spreading the awareness of cycling which is both good for health and also for the environment.
Even lady advocates also partcipated.
G.S. Sodhi, Secretary, District Bar Association alongwith other fellow advocates stated that "cycling is the best solution to curb the menace of pollution and traffic in the city".
The lawyers further said that they are planning to use cycling atleast once a week for a more eco-friendly and pollution free Ludhiana.
The motto of the event was to see greener, healthier and pollution free Ludhiana.
Among others, senior advocate, including Jagmohan Singh Waraich, Balwinder S. Ghuman, Rajneesh Gupta, Suresh Kapur, Sukhwinder S. Bhatia, Harkamal Singh, Sant Preet Kaur, Vinita, Yogita Mohil and Kulvider S. Benipal, President, Focal Point Welfare Association, Ludhiana, were present.
