Additional charge for Manjit Brar; Bhawna Garg goes to Chandigarh

Chandigarh, August 30, 2013: According to an official spokesman that Manjit Singh Brar PCS, ACA GMADA has been given additional charge for the post of Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Punjab, Special Secretary Personnel and Special Secretary General Administration -1 (Ad.O-1 & Ad.O-11 Branches), in additional to his present assignments.

Meanwhile, the services of Bhawna Garg IAS, Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Punjab and in addition Special Secretary Personnel have been placed at the disposal of the Chandigarh Administration for inter-cadre deputation for appointment as Joint Secretary (Finance) for a period of three years from the date she assumes the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
