There is no dearth of talent in Sony SAB’s Bhakharwadi with a combination of a very rich star cast including some of the best television actors like Deven Bhojani, Bhakti Rathod, Akshay Kelkar and Paresh Ganatra.
Paresh, who plays the role of Mahendra in the show, has recently come out in open about his admiration for Dev Joshi of Baalveer Returns, which now airs at 8 PM, the previous time slot for Bhakharwadi.
With some of the most extraordinary performances in the industry including theatre, movies and serials, Paresh Ganatra, who started his career as a Gujarati theatre personality, has heaped praise on Dev Joshi.
Impressed with Dev’s performance as Baalveer, Paresh Ganatra said, “Dev is such an amazing actor and he has grown immensely, being extremely confident in front of the camera; he knows he can pull it off as Baalveer and is beautifully doing so. It feels really good to see such young artists perform so confidently, as it is very rare. Actors like Dev Joshi prove to be an inspiration for many more talented kids who want to get into the industry. It’s really commendable how young artists perform with so much confidence these day as when I was a kid, I didn’t know how to perform and was not as trained as they are these days. So I wish Dev all the luck for his beautiful life ahead and I would definitely like to work with him, given a chance as I feel every artist will make you learn something or the other.”
Dev Joshi, the 18 year old talented star, enjoys a tremendous following with his performance earlier in Baalveer. However, now with Baalveer Returns, which is grand than ever boasting of impressive VFX and storyline, Dev has already been successful in creating a special place in the hearts of television fans through his outstanding performance.
Overwhelmed on receiving appreciation from Paresh Ganatra, Dev Joshi said, “Apart from being a tremendous actor, Paresh sir is extremely popular and yet down to earth. I have always admired his acting be it in the Gujarati industry, Bollywood films or shows like Bhakharwadi. I really look forward to learn a lot more acting from Paresh Sir, especially comedy as his comic timing is just commendable and it would be my pleasure to be able to work with him sometime.”
Dev extended his good wishes to all the aspiring young actors as he says, “My journey in this industry started when I was 3 years old and my parents have contributed the most in my success. Without them and their nurturing, nothing would have been possible. So my message to all the young aspirants in this industry will be that keep trying to reach where you want to be but don’t forget your roots and always be humble.”
