DC Sachin Gupta and Former Minister Grover Flag off the AC Bus Service for Pilgrimage Destinations

Residents of the Rohtak district can now travel comfortably to various religious places as five AC buses have been introduced from the Rohtak Bus Depot for different pilgrimage destinations. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, Former Minister Manish Kumar Grover, and Mayor Ram Avatar Valmiki today flagged off the first bus to Vrindavan from the Rohtak Bus Stand.

Rohtak, October 21, 2025: Residents of the Rohtak district can now travel comfortably to various religious places as five AC buses have been introduced from the Rohtak Bus Depot for different pilgrimage destinations. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, Former Minister Manish Kumar Grover, and Mayor Ram Avatar Valmiki today flagged off the first bus to Vrindavan from the Rohtak Bus Stand.

Talking to the media persons on the occasion, Former Minister Manish Kumar Grover said that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, is providing facilities as per the demands of the public. In line with this, an AC bus service has been launched today from Rohtak to Vrindavan. He added that AC buses will also be operated from here to other religious destinations. Former Minister said that the people of Haryana have deep religious faith and often visit holy places. With this new facility, travelers will enjoy much more comfort. He also expressed his gratitude to CM Nayab Singh Saini and Transport Minister Anil Vij for approving the operation of five AC buses from Rohtak Bus Depot for religious destinations.

Mayor Ram Avatar Valmiki said that the Haryana Government’s decision to operate AC buses from Rohtak Bus Depot for religious destinations is commendable. General Manager of Rohtak Bus Depot, Vipin Kumar Sharma, said that by operating AC buses for religious destinations, Rohtak Depot has become one of the leading depots in Haryana. He added that citizens had been requesting bus services to various destinations from time to time, and the government has responded positively by fulfilling these demands. In this series, five AC buses have been launched from Rohtak Depot for religious places. Along with AC buses, regular buses will also continue to operate to these destinations. He said that the AC bus to Vrindavan will depart daily at 12:10 PM.
