Ludhiana, July 21, 2026: Reinforcing its commitment to healthcare and community welfare, Aarti Group of Companies, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, extended financial assistance of ₹11 lakh for the procurement of medicines for Thalassemia patients.
The cheque was formally presented today to Payal Goyal, Assistant Commissioner (General), Ludhiana, in the presence of D.K. Kapil, CFO, Aarti Group of Companies.
Speaking on the occasion, Payal Goyal appreciated Aarti Group of Companies for its generous contribution towards the welfare of children living with Thalassemia. She highlighted the importance of partnerships between the district administration, corporate sector, and civil society in ensuring sustained healthcare support for vulnerable sections of society.
D.K. Kapil reaffirmed the organization's commitment to creating a meaningful social impact through initiatives that improve access to healthcare and support those facing chronic medical conditions.
The initiative was spearheaded by Simranjeet Kaur, District Transformation Associate, who managed the project end-to-end, from identifying the need, engaging with Aarti Group of Companies, facilitating the CSR collaboration, coordinating with Zindagii Live Foundation and the District Administration, to overseeing the successful presentation of the and implementation of the initiative.
The initiative reflects the shared commitment of the District Administration, Aarti Group of Companies, and towards strengthening healthcare support and improving the quality of life of children affected by Thalassemia in Ludhiana.
