AAP seeks public Opinion on Election Manifesto for Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections 2017


Ludhiana, March 27, 2016: As a part of 'Punjab Dialogue' started by Aam Aadmi Party to seek public Opinion in the formation of Election Manifesto for Vidhan Sabha election-2017, a special meeting was organised at party office here today.
Ludhiana Zone Coordinator Col C M Lakhanpal initiating the debate on the subjects of improvement in education and health system in Punjab to provide better facilities to the people. He said that education and health were the most important fields, where the prevailing systems had become completely defunct and the poor people were facing a lot of hardships. He asked the experts of the subjects to present their papers for the debate among the present volunteers.
Zone coordination for Punjab Dialogue programme Jatinder Modgil speaking on the occasion said that after debating the suggestions presented by experts, more meetings will be organised in different areas of Ludhiana zone, where the opinion of people will be taken before giving final shape to the election manifesto of party.
On education reforms Prof. Gurbinder Singh and Master Hari Singh presented their papers which were debated at length in the meeting. Prominent among others who participated in the debate included Kulwinder Singh Walia, Subhash Chander, Darshan Singh Shankar, Puneet Sahni, Jiwanjot Kaur, Karamjit Kaur, Jagroop Singh Jarkhar, Suresh Goyal, Bal Kishan Pappi, Gurmail Singh and Harpreet Singh.
