Ludhiana, May 3, 2026: Aam Aadmi Party Ludhiana Urban today strongly protested Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini's visit to Ludhiana with black flags.
Led by District President and Chairman Jatinder Khangura, AAP leaders protested the Chief Minister and condemned the BJP government's harmful policies towards Punjab.
On this occasion, District President Jatinder Khangura said, “The BJP government at the center has not yet given a single rupee in compensation for the devastating floods in Punjab. BJP has always behaved like a stepmother towards Punjab. On May 1 itself, the BJP government has increased the price of cooking gas cylinders by Rs 993, due to which dhabas and hotel owners are being forced to close their businesses. BJP is making great efforts to form its government in Punjab, yet it is clearly expressing its hatred by not giving any economic package to Punjab.”
On this occasion, prominent personalities including Ludhiana Lok Sabha Incharge and Chairman Sharanpal Singh Makkar, Senior Deputy Mayor Rakesh Pressure Ludhiana Secretary Nidhi Gupta, Media Incharge Puneet Sahni, Social Media Incharge Gurpreet Singh Raja, Youth Wing President Amarinder Singh MP Jawaddi, Sukhwinder Singh, Honey Bedi, Sandeep Bains, Davinder Sherpuri, Paramveer Singh, Prashad Satnam Singh Sunny Master, Manpreet Kaur, Baljinder Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Councilor Maninder Ghuman, Chairman Baljinder Bunty, Parminder Sandhu, Raju Konojia, Pradeep Appu, Dashmesh Singh, Manpreet Singh, Davinder Verma, Charanjit Singh, Bittu Bhullar, Rajkumar Agarwal Charanpreet Lamba and a large number of other leaders and workers of AAP were present.
