Ludhiana/Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party Punjab strengthened its organisation further by appointing new posts. AAP Punjab President Bhagwant Mann and AAP Punjab Affairs In-charge Jarnail Singh appointed 4 block in-charges in every 88 vidhan sabhas here today. With these new announcements, AAP commenced its mission to build its grassroots organisation.

Addressing the new appointees, Bhagwant Mann and Jarnail Singh said that after dissolving the old organisation, the party discussed in length with volunteers and workers and took a step forward in appointing the new post-holders. They said that AAP would always carry the mantle to fight for the common person’s rights. At this occasion senior leader and leader of opposition Harpal Singh Cheema, AAP Punjab General Secretary Harchand Singh Barsat, State Treasurer Neena Mittal, Barnala MLA and AAP Youth Wing President Meet Hayer and AAP Youth Wing Co-President were also present.

Bhagwant Mann said that through this new organisation, AAP, with the help of common people, would throw out the ruling Congress government and teach the corrupt Badals and Congress a lesson in 2022. He said that this new organisation would not only work towards forming the government in 2022 but would work for people welfare even after the elections. He further added that with these new appointments, the ground level worker would feel more motivated and would work harder towards making the voices of the people stronger.

Jarnail Singh said that a backbone of any political party is its organisation. Keeping this mind, the party has given the opportunity to everyone to be part of this organisation. He further added that it now becomes the responsibility of the new appointees to spread the word of the party and motivate more people to join the party and make the organisation stronger. Through these people, corrupt parties would be ousted and a new clean politics would be brought into Punjab. He said that soon new programs would be announced to motivate the public to join the party.

Harpal Singh Cheema, addressing the press, said that Akali Dal Badal and Congress had ruined Punjab. Hence, the people of Punjab want to give AAP a chance and bring a new type of politics into Punjab. He reinstated that the new appointees were appointed after a thorough interaction with party volunteers.

Meet Hayer and Anmol Gagan Mann said that the youth are a core part of any party and that they would move towards inducting more youth into the party. Addressing the youth post-holders, they said that more and more youths need to enter politics as they are desperate to bring about change, a change that they see in AAP.
